Welcome to Victoria Cottages, the "best little resort" in the Kawarthas!

Victoriia Cottages is a small cottage resort, located on the south side of Sturgeon Lake, on the corner of City of Kawartha Lakes Road #24 and Kenstone Beach Road  about 1.5 km south-west of beautiful Bobcaygeon, ON.

Our aim is to provide you with a clean, safe, relaxing and comfortable environment. We will ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at an affordable price to make sure that you have a pleasurable vacation. Our quaint cottages are only a stone's throw from Sturgeon Lake where the fishing as well as the swimming is great. You can tie your boat at our dock at no extra charge.

Our cottages have 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms including: a comfortable living/dining area, Wi-Fi, TV, fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, toaster, Keurig machine, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery etc.). Each cottage has a 3-pc washroom with hot and cold running water along with a cabin equipped with a 2-pc washroom. There is a separate building with extra showers and toilets, if needed.

All our cottages have private decks each with a patio set, umbrella and propane BBQ. We do supply bed linens at $15 per bed upon request. We do not supply towels as well as soaps/shampoos. If you do not want bed linens supplied please bring your own sheets and pillowcases (bring sleeping bags if you like); there are plenty of comforters and pillows. If you don't feel like washing dishes, bring disposable plates, cups etc. 

  During the summer of 2008 we did a family trip on a houseboat through the Trent Severn Waterway. One of our many stops was Bobcaygeon, a cute little town we fell in love with. 

Over the years, as our children grew up, we often thought about Bobcaygeon and surrounding area and wanted to live there one day . As our 4 children became adults and started moving out of our home to start their own lives we began looking to purchase a resort. We always seemed to end up in Bobcaygeon. When we found Victoria Cottages we knew we had found our new home.

We are excited to start our new journey in Bobcaygeon, getting to know the area and join the community, meeting lots of new people.

We are busy at work making some changes to the cottages and hope that everyone will feel welcome and at home, away from home. We will have lots of resources and a list of fun things to do when you stay at our resort!

We are located only minutes from the center of Bobcaygeon where you will find grocery stores (Foodland, Independent), drugstores, many restaurants, liquor and beer store, gas stations, etc.

You will also find our famous Kawartha Dairy there, serving their unforgettable ice cream - that alone is worth a trip to Bobcaygeon!

COTTAGE #3 - 1 bedroom(sleeps 2) $200.00 + $26.00 = $226.00

COTTAGE #4 - 2 bedroom(sleeps 4) $240.00 + $31.20 = $271.20

COTTAGE #5 - 2 bedroom (sleeps up to 6) $260 + 33.80 =  $293.80

COTTAGE #6 - 3 bedroom(sleeps up to 8) $280.00 + $36.40 = $316.40

COTTAGE #1 - 4 bedroom(sleeps up to 10) $1800.00 + $234 = $2034

COTTAGE #3 -1 bedroom(sleeps 2) $1200.00 + $156.00 = $1356.00

COTTAGE #4 -2 bedroom(sleeps 4) $1440.00 + $187.20 = $1627.20

COTTAGE #5 - 2 bedroom (sleeps up to 6) $1560 + $202.80 = $1762.8

COTTAGE #6 - 3 bedroom(sleeps up to 8) $1680.00 + $218.40 = $1898.40





Bring your own sheets and bath towels. There is a fee of $15 per bed per stay if you want us to provide sheets.

We reserve the right to limit the amount of people in each cottage.

Animals are welcome but there will be a $200 deposit. This will be refunded upon an acceptable inspection before checkout. You are responsible for your pet during your stay and we ask that you keep your dog on a leash at all times. And please clean up after your pets.  We have garbage cans around the yard for their waste.



The following can be used at your own risk for no additional charge and you will have to sign out the equipment:

Canoe
Kayak
Pedal boat
Surfboard
Bicycles
We can supply life jackets, paddles etc. We do not provide supervision.



Boat Rentals



We also have a couple boats for rent. You will be required to fill out the proper paperwork and show a Pleasure Craft Operators Card. You can inquire for more information during your stay.

Check in: 3:00 PM (special arrangements can be made if you need to check in earlier or check out later) Check out: 11:00

Cancellations

If the reservation is canceled anytime 30 days before check-in you will get a full refund.
